Our version of the Greek cheese Feta is made with our beautiful goat milk as was traditional in Greece and packaged in a pottle with brine.
There are three discs of 75grams each (perfect for a salad) so you can use one and keep the rest of the cheese safe in the fridge for later use. Tangy and salty.
