Refund/Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Belle Chevre Creamery.  Keep your products well chilled in the refrigerator and allow them to warm up a bit before you enjoy them.

If ordering by courier, please inspect your parcel and let us know of any problems with the cheese within 48 hours of receiving it.  We use NZ Couriers and they offer next day delivery to most of NZ.  Rural addresses can be used at your own risk.  Some work brilliantly and others do not.  We leave it to the customer to decide if they get very good service from their local rural delivery concession.  We pack the parcels to last two days in transit, to accommodate for the odd problem.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be photographed and an email with the complaint and request sent to us at jennifer@bellechevrecreamery.co.nz.

If your request is accepted, we’ll request your bank details to process your refund.



Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment less shipping two business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
