Shipping Policy 

Belle Chevre Creamery uses NZ Courier to ship your orders.  They aim for next day delivery to businesses and residential addresses.

The best address to use is an urban business. Consider having your parcel sent to your place of work or a business in the town you live or work in that is attended during business hours and has given you permission to have your parcel sent there.

Residential urban addresses are acceptable.  We will instruct the courier to leave the parcel and not collect a signature so you do not get a note saying you have to collect it somewhere else.  They give us a photo of the parcel left at your doorstep.

We cannot ship to a PO Box.  We can ship to a RD address at your own risk.  We package the products to stay cool for 48 hours.  Some rural locations receive better service than others.  We leave it to the customer to know their rural post situation.

We use responsible packaging with excellent insulation ratings from Plant Protector.  The wool and cardboard are both compostable and make excellent weed mat.  For more information www.planetprotectorpackaging.com.
