Chevre means goat in French so technically all of our cheese are Chevre, but this is that soft, creamy, sweet with a hint of tartness cheese that is called for in so many recipes.
Enjoy this cheese on its own, rolled in any herbs or nuts you can imagine, or in salads, pasta, tarts and other dishes.
