Manaia Ma is a bloomy rind cheese that has been ashed in the style of a Valencay cheese from France. It is named after our iconic Mount Manaia and means White Manaia. It starts off with a fudge like texture then starts getting soft under the rind and toward the centre.
This cheese can be enjoyed at any level of ripeness.
