Marinated Goat Cheese
Two discs of firm chevre totalling 125grams gently aging in local extra virgin olive oil layered with the herbs: bay, rosemary, thyme, oregano and a few chili flakes.
This cheese is best enjoyed with crusty bread for dipping into the oil and then spreading some of the cheese on top.
