This is our version of the Cypriot cheese called Halloumi. It is made from our beautiful goat milk as is more traditional in Cyprus.
Slice and fry it in fingers to a crisp brown. Enjoy right out of the pan or on a salad.
Suits any recipe calling for Halloumi.
